Prepare

Confirm the steps before you begin

VPNVB’s marketing pages, user panel, and clients each serve a different purpose. Marketing pages show plans, routes, and guides; the user panel manages your account, orders, subscriptions, and client access; clients read subscription settings and establish the connection. Before you begin, you only need a device that can access websites normally and a clear choice of platform. This guide does not provide static installers or display real subscription addresses. Get both the client and your personal subscription from the user panel.

We recommend completing account setup and plan selection in a browser first, then copying your subscription from the user panel on the same device. If you will ultimately use another device, sign in to the same account there and get the client and subscription directly. Do not send the link through public chats, cloud documents, or other shared locations. Because the subscription is tied to your account configuration, store it in a place you control.

If you already have an account and an active plan, skip to “Get your subscription link.” If the client already has the subscription but the routes are outdated, update the subscription once instead of creating another account or adding the same link again. Advanced topics such as protocols, traffic rules, DNS, and system proxy settings are not needed for the initial setup. When you need deeper adjustments, see Troubleshooting and technical reference.

Account

Create an account and open the user panel

Open the VPNVB account page, set a username and password, and submit the form. No email address is required, so your username is the main detail used to identify you when signing in later. Choose credentials you can remember long-term and do not reuse for other important services. After submission, the page should open the user panel. If it remains on the account page, use the login link at the top to sign in again.

When you first open the user panel, confirm that it shows areas such as account overview, plans, clients, and orders. Your account has been created, but access to a valid connection configuration depends on your plan status. Do not repeatedly refresh the subscription area before choosing a plan, and do not copy supposedly universal subscription addresses from other sources. VPNVB generates subscriptions for the current account, so return to the same user panel to retrieve yours.

If the panel does not open after submission, check whether the username is already in use, whether both password entries match, and whether the browser is blocking required page storage. Close the current tab, reopen the login page, and sign in with the username and password you just set. If you still cannot access the panel, visit the Help Center and review the account and subscription categories instead of repeatedly creating accounts for the same purpose.

Next: Set up your account

Stay signed in after completing this step and open the Plans page.

Plan

Choose a plan and complete payment

On the Plans page, first decide whether you need ongoing monthly service or a data package that lasts until its allowance is used. Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Monthly data resets on each renewal date, making these plans suitable for regular monthly use. Data packages cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they remain valid until used and never expire, making them better for irregular usage or keeping unused data available.

Before choosing, consider the devices and content you use most. Browsing, documents, and messaging tools usually consume less data than extended high-definition viewing. Multiple devices can use the same account, but their usage is combined under the current plan. VPNVB supports unlimited devices, so compare data allowances and billing models rather than buying separately for each device.

After choosing a plan, continue to the order flow. Check the plan name, data allowance, and amount, then pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. After payment, do not submit the same order again; return to the user panel and check the order and plan status first. Some payment statuses require the page to reload the result, so refresh the overview once if needed. If you upgrade a monthly subscription, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Use the status shown in the user panel as the reference.

If you are still unsure before purchasing, read the complete plan details first. The Plans page lists monthly subscriptions, data packages, payment methods, and refund rules. This service offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund; see the refund policy for the request process and scope. Confirming the details beforehand makes it easier to keep your order and data records clear than switching plans repeatedly after payment.

Next: Choose your data allowance

Once payment is active, return to the account overview to get your subscription.

Subscription

Get your subscription link from the user panel

Once the plan is active, open the account overview in the user panel. The subscription area provides subscription details for the current account and access to clients. Click the copy button for the subscription, then open the client you want to use. A subscription link is not a normal website address; it lets the client read routes, rules, and future updates, so do not open it in a browser address bar.

The example below is an explicitly fake value used only to show what a subscription link looks like. It cannot connect to VPNVB and contains no real configuration:

https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN

Copy the real link from the signed-in user panel. Do not edit its characters or add spaces or notes at the end. Switch directly to the client and paste it after copying. If you must store it temporarily, use a location you control and remove it promptly after import. If the link is truncated, the client may report an invalid format, a download failure, or an empty configuration.

A subscription link is not a one-time installer. When route settings are updated, the client continues using the same subscription entry to retrieve the new configuration. Do not add another subscription with the same name for every update. Instead, click “Update” or “Refresh” on the subscription already imported. If the subscription area is missing from the panel, confirm that the plan is active first. If the plan is active but the subscription still cannot be retrieved, submit an issue through the ticket area in the user panel.

Next: Copy your personal subscription

Get it only from the account overview, then switch to the client for your platform.

Client

Import the client for your platform

In the client download area of the user panel, select the platform used by your current device. VPNVB supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. This page does not provide direct installer links, so the client entry point, account status, and subscription source stay aligned. Open the download area, get the VPNVB client or the platform-specific entry, install it, and return to this section.

When the client opens for the first time, it will usually ask you to add a configuration. Choose Subscription Management, Add Subscription, or Import from URL, then paste the copied link in full. You can name it “VPNVB” for easy identification, save it, and run an update. A successful update is indicated by a selectable route list, not merely a displayed URL. If the list is empty, check that the pasted content is complete and copy the link again from the user panel.

Windows

Import the Windows client

Select the Windows client entry in the user panel and install it. Open the client, go to subscription or configuration management, choose an option such as “Import from URL,” paste the subscription link, and save it. Then click Update and wait for route names to appear in the main interface. Before choosing a route, confirm that the client is handling the system proxy. If the browser connects but an app still uses the original network, check the client’s rule mode or system proxy status.

macOS

Import the macOS client

Get the macOS client from the user panel. The first launch may ask you to approve network configuration permissions; this is a normal step required to establish the system connection. Open subscription management, import by URL, and run an update. After saving, choose a route from the menu bar or the client window and enable the connection. If you cannot find the controls after closing the main window, check the client icon in the system menu bar.

Android

Import the Android client

Sign in to the user panel from a browser on your Android device and get the corresponding client from the download area. After installation, open the app and choose Add URL on the configuration or subscription page. Paste the subscription, save it, and wait for the route list to appear before connecting. The system will show a network connection permission prompt the first time; approve it so the client can establish the connection. Do not tap Connect repeatedly while routes are updating.

iOS

Import the iOS client

On your iPhone or iPad, open the iOS section of the user panel and use the provided entry to get the appropriate client. Open it, find the subscription, configuration, or URL import function, paste the link, and update it. The first activation may ask you to add a network configuration; approve it, then return to the client and choose a route. If you copy the link from another device, check carefully that line breaks or trailing characters were not lost.

One download entry for every platform

Sign in, choose the client for your system, and get the subscription configuration linked to your account.

Get the client

After importing, the client will usually show both route selection and an operating mode. For your first use, avoid changing several advanced options at once. Keep the client’s default settings and verify the connection first. Once the basic connection works, adjust traffic rules, global mode, or specific app behavior as needed. For explanations of these terms, read the quick reference to routes, protocols, and traffic rules.

Verify

Connect to a route and verify it works

After the subscription updates successfully, choose a region that fits your purpose from the client’s route list and click Connect. Wait for the status to change from disconnected to connected before changing other settings. Open a new browser tab and visit the site’s network check to see whether your current exit details have changed. Using a new tab avoids misleading results caused by an older page cache.

A change in exit details indicates that system or browser traffic has entered the selected route. Next, open the website or app you actually need and check whether loading, sign-in, and content access work normally. If the browser works but one app does not, check whether the app had been running in the background before the connection and whether the client is using rule mode or global mode. Fully quit the target app and reopen it for another test.

A successful connection does not mean content will be identical in every region. For a service tied to a specific region, choose a route in that region. AI Tools, Streaming, and regular websites may also differ in their requirements for exit region and connection persistence. VPNVB provides 100+ countries / 210+ routes; update the subscription in the client and choose another route if needed. Before switching routes, disconnect, select the new route, reconnect, and reopen the target page to verify it.

If a page opens but performance is poor, first check whether your local network is stable while disconnected, then try a nearer or better-suited route. Do not change the route, operating mode, DNS, and client settings at the same time, or it will be difficult to identify the cause. Change one condition at a time for clearer results. The system troubleshooting process for peak-hour slowdowns, frequent disconnections, and apps that do not use the proxy is covered in Troubleshooting.

Troubleshoot

Check issues in order

When the basic flow fails, first confirm that you can sign in, then verify that the plan is active, check whether the subscription updates, and finally check the client connection. This order separates account, subscription, and local connection issues. Reinstalling the client repeatedly without checking these statuses usually will not fix an inactive plan or an incomplete subscription link.

If you cannot connect at all, switch to another route and test again. If you can connect but pages do not open, check whether the client has enabled the system proxy. If only one app is affected, fully quit it and reopen it. If a subscription update fails, copy the link again from the user panel and replace the existing subscription URL. Keep the result after each step instead of resetting every setting at once.

This page covers the main path from account setup to the first connection. For account and billing questions, visit the Help Center. For route selection, see the route list. For streaming scenarios, read the streaming access guide. When submitting a ticket, include your platform, the step where the problem occurred, the client’s error text, and the steps you have already tried. Never paste a subscription link on a public page.
